Symantec Endpoint Protection
The Symantec Endpoint Protection Team Lead is responsible for but not limited to the Ownership and Administration of our Anti-Virus and EndPoint Encryption toolsets. Troubleshooting of enterprise environment of host-based agents and network appliance issues. Participate in 24×7 on-call rotation management for production issue resolution. Ability to perform infrastructure changes during non-business hours, including nights and weekends Configure, upgrade, and maintain devices to latest code releases and performance improvements.
Collaborate with various IT and Non-IT functional groups to ensure effective service delivery of system security programs for internal clients in all environments. Stay current on the latest System Security threats and vulnerabilities to take proactive actions to secure the enterprise environment.
Participate in infrastructure and security incident management processes to derive root cause and after-action reports. Participate in on-site network and security audits related to PCI, SOX, SAMA, etc to demonstrate effective System Security enterprise controls.
